We work with the client to determine the essential factors of the wedding such as: locate the venue, suggest and hire vendors, negotiate contracts, plan the aesthetics of your event, and handle all of the “little details” that are involved in planning a truly unique event. We advise the couple on decisions that need to be made, timeline assistance, help with formulating a realistic budget, and make all the necessary preparations in order to create a flawless event. A planner works behind the scenes so that you can enjoy the planning process, as well as every moment of your wedding day.

Oftentimes, our clients begin planning their wedding. However, as the day approaches, they realize that there is an overwhelming amount of planning that still needs to be completed. We assist in the final logistical and organizational decisions. We enter the planning of the event at any point before the wedding day to recommend vendors, review contracts, organize transportation or hotels, and relieve the stress of planning. We become the main contact on the client’s behalf, and complete the remainder of the planning and assist you up to your big day! We know that you have done an excellent job at hiring your vendors and planning your event, but in case you would like to have someone synchronizing the Big Day. Our expertise makes it possible to oversee the entire day so you can sit back relax and spend time with your guests.

When a couple requires a planner for the week preceding the wedding, we offer “Week Of” services. We contact the vendors, visit the venue, and prepare the timeline, production schedule and itinerary for the event. We handle any issues for the wedding, and organize the final details. We coordinate the rehearsal and wedding day. Our primary goal is to ensure a smoothly run event.
