How much do you charge?

In South Florida every wedding is unique; I have a wide range of prices and packages that I am able to create for you.  While some couples are just looking for a basic coordination services and others are looking for unique wedding experience with a ton of “Wow Factor.”  The budget, date, time, size and location of each wedding …along with whatever items and services are needed to accomplish your vision are taken under consideration.  As I put together each service package for our couples, I keep in mind YOUR budget!  Don’t be shy!   Contact me to schedule a phone chat or a personal meeting to discuss your details.

 


 

Do you coordinate weddings and events on a full time basis?  Or is this something you do as a hobby every once in a while?

Wedding Masters Event Productions by Nora has been the event industry in the South Florida area as a “Full time” Coordinator, Planner and Consultant since the year 2000.

 


 

Can we hire you for coordination, planning and consulting only?

Yes, we offer several Coordination, Planning and/or Consulting packages where no other services are included.

 


 

What happens if you get sick?  Do you have a back-up?

I’ve had an amazing record.  I’ve never had to “call out” for a wedding or event.  This being said, one of the great things about working with me is that in the unforeseen event that if I were to become sick, etc.  I have the ability to assign another well qualified planner from our firm.  This way we know that you will receive the same high quality of customer service that our company demands.

What is an All Inclusive Wedding Package?

These packages are made up of all the services you’ll need for your event.  Catering, Rentals, Flowers, Décor, DJ, Lighting, Cake and Coordinator.

 


 

Can you also recommend certain vendors for Video, Photography, Photo Booths, Draping, etc?

Yes, referrals to well qualified vendors may be included as part of our services.

 


 

Which areas do you service in South Florida?

I service the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Lower Keys, West Palm Beach and Boca Raton areas.

 


 

If we go with an All Inclusive Package, how can we know that your preferred vendors are the right ones for our event?

Once we discuss the details of your big day, a vendor matching process begins to make sure you are totally comfortable with your vendor team.  Our years in the industry makes it possible to tap into a vast pool of knowledgeable and experienced local vendors that are familiar with your specific family traditions and customs.  These vendors must meet certain quality standards similar to that of Wedding Masters by Nora to serve as part of the team.

 


 

Will we save money if we work with your approved vendors?

Our relationships with these local vendors allow us to continue to provide a high level of service while keeping your budget in mind.  Each dollar spent will buy you more!

 


 

When do we meet our vendors?

Once you reserve your date on our calendar, you will get to meet your vendors face to face or via video during the planning stages leading up to your South Florida wedding or event.

 


 

Can you help us find our Venue?

Absolutely!  I work with many local venues; I am familiar with their specific requirements and know   what it takes to have a successful event at each one of them.  Once we meet, I go to work for you so you don’t have to spend endless hours doing research and visiting every venue out there.

 


 

How many other Coordinators will be working with you at our event?

I rarely work by myself; I always have well qualified experts ready to step in by my side.  The number of coordinators will depend on many factors such as; Number of guests, Venue and labor required.

 


 

Can you provide the flowers and décor for our event?

Yes, our in-house floral designer has 20 years experience in New York and in the South Florida area.  He will meet with you to get the “feel” of your vision.

 


 

Will you coordinate our event even if we already hired our vendors?

So you’ve hired your own vendors, no problem!  I will work with your vendors.  After all, we are all part of one team. YOURS!
